The AT91SAM9260 is available in two packages:

• 208-pin PQFP Green package (0.5mm pitch) (Figure 4-1)

• 217-ball LFBGA Green package (0.8 mm ball pitch) (Figure 4-2).

4.1 208-pin PQFP Package Outline

Figure 4-1 shows the orientation of the 208-pin PQFP package.
