FSK to a Caller Display unit, as it is intended to make
the SLIC present a high impedance to the POTS line)
B-channel Select (high selects channel B1).
ISDN Line Failure Indicator
The digital positive supply rail. Levels and voltages are
dependent upon this supply. This pin should be
decoupled to DVSS by a capacitor
