Select temperature range. Standard device

is specified for 0°C to +70°C operation. Add

“H” for -55°C to +125°C operation.

Add “/B” suffix for environmental stress

screening to “H” models.

Add “CH” suffix to “H/B” models

for compliant MIL-H-38534 processing.
