Power supply

The MLX90719 supply pin (VDD4) must be connected

by external series resistor and rectifier diode to the

mains. An internal Zener function limits the voltage at

VDD4 to 70-80V. For proper operation, a decoupling

capacitor needs to be connected between VDD4 and

VSS (see figure 1).
