ESD Ratings
For performance considerations, minimum ESD protection is provided for the high-speed input pins. There-
fore, proper procedures should be used when handling these products. The VSC8061/8062 are rated to the fol-
lowing ESD voltages based on the human body model:
1. All high-speed input pins are rated at or above 500V.
2. All other pins are rated at or above 2000V.
The above ratings apply to both “F” and “QH” packages.
