2.8 Display Position Control Command

This command can set the display start position in 12-dot units and 32 steps in the horizontal direction, and

in 9-line units and 32 steps in the vertical direction.

Because this command is a 2-byte command, it must be input in 16-bit units even when the command is

successively input.
