Note 1: With the 86CS49, the operating temperature (Topr) is -20 °C to 85 °C when the supply voltage VDD is less than
2.0 V.
Note 2: With the 86FS49A, the operating temperature (Topr) is -20 °C to 85 °C when the supply voltage VDD is less than
3.0 V.
Note 3: With the 86FS49A and 86FS49AI, when a program is executing in the Flash memory or when data is being read
from the Flash memory, the Flash memory operates in an intermittent manner causing peak currents in the Flash
memory momentarily, as shown in Figure. In this case, the supply current IDD (in NORMAL1, NORMAL2 and
SLOW1 modes) is defined as the sum of the average peak current and MCU current.
