The TOSHIBA TLP3217 is an ultra-small photorelay suitable for
surface-mount assembly. The TLP3217 consists of a GaAs
infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET and is
housed in a 4-pin package.
The TLP3217 is suitable for applications that require low output
capacitance and high isolation voltage, such as LCD testers.
