9.9 DAC power control
A 1-bit value to disable the DAC to reduce power
consumption. The DAC power-off is not recommended
when the DAC outputs are DC loaded.

A 2-bit value to select the oversampling rate of the input
signal (see Table 32). In the quad speed input rate, care
must be taken that the input signal is smaller than
