− Supply voltage (VDD): 2.4 to 3.6V

− LCD driving voltage (VLCD = V0 - VSS): 4.5 to 15.0V

Low Power Consumption

− Operating power: 40µΑ typical (conditions: VDD = 3V, x 4 boosting (VCI = VDD), V0 = 11V, Internal power supply

ON, display OFF and normal mode is selected)

− Standby power: 10 µΑ maximum (during power save[standby] mode)
