Latch Up Prevention

The CXD1171M is a CMOS IC which requires latch up precautions. Latch up is mainly generated by the lag in

the voltage rising time of AVDD (Pins 18, 19 and 22) and DVDD (Pins 23 and 24), when power supply is ON.

1. Correct usage
