DESCRIPTION

Planar Schottky barrier diode encapsulated in a hermetically-sealed

subminiature SOD68 (DO-34) glass package. The diode is suitable for

mounting on a 2 E (5.08 mm) pitch.

• Modulators

• Phase detection.
