Pin Description

Input voltage connection node.

No electrical connection.

Output inductor connection node.

Power ground.

Control Power connection node

Signal ground.

Rem ote Ground Sense Pin. Connect to PGND for

VOUT >2V

Com m ands output ON or OFF. Active floating

(internally pulled high). When logic low, the

synchronous M OSFET is turned ON.

No electrical connection, internally pulled high,

m ust leave floating.

Internally pulled-up to VDD.

Output voltage feedback local sense.

Output voltage rem ote sense feedback signal. For

greater than 2VOUT, disconnect from rem ote load

and connect to VF.

VID code setting D/A inputs. Internally pulled high.

Current lim it threshold setting pin. See ILIM curve

for external resistor values.

Switching frequency selector pin. Floating selects

300kHz, tied to VDD selects 200kHz.
